when first receiving the product, the plastic bottle was damaged during shipping, I guess it’s because the packaging wasnt that good.
Then I called the customer service and got a new bottle shipped to me without any problem, very excellent customer service, will do bussiness with them again!

Samples were received in a timely manner, but some were damaged. I received excellent customer service on getting the damaged containers replaced. Will definately use this vendor again. Thanks!

I did doubt the benefits of having Royal Honey every day, as of today and 1/2 the jar gone I now believe that it does give you more energy than usual.The Healing Power of Pollen and Other Products From the Beehive, Propolis-Royal Jelly, Honey.
